All Alison Jane products are made to order and fulfilled by our certified organic manufacturing partner based in Latvia, Europe. Every product is freshly prepared to the highest certified organic standards before being dispatched directly to you.

Where we ship:
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.

How long will my order take?

Your delivery time consists of two stages:

Fulfilment time: 2 working days — your order is prepared and quality checked before dispatch.

Shipping time: 4-7 working days — your order travels from our fulfilment centre to your door.

Total estimated delivery time: 6-9 working days from the date of your order.

Please note working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Shipping costs:
Standard UK shipping — £8.18
Express UK shipping — £10.26

Order tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
